I'd like to show you how I made croissants a few days ago. Well, it's not simple, but making is really fun. I made it with my grandma and sister. It spend 3 hours and while it's baking it smells nice.
Here I give photos and finally...recipe! But only in czech for now. I'll translate it late.
Spoon for scooping a jam.
A 'cute' little rolling pin. Sister told it's from her childhood. I like it. It's good for rolling little plates.
My grandma makes a home-made jam with a fruit from garden. It tastes really good and it's liquid. What for I need a spoon and knife.
You can give there jam or chocolate. I like it with chocolate, but I didn't have so much it, I gave a cacao (no classical. Sweet cacao, in czech 'Granko').
Croissants must stay 30 minutes in the air before baking.
I like my face in this photo =)
Hot croissants are complete.
Sorry for a quality of this photo, but I haven't time to take this better.
...and here is a recipe in czech. Thanks to a magazine.
Bon apetit!
